Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday launched Mission Shakti 5 with a powerful message—ensuring women’s safety, respect, and self-confidence across Uttar Pradesh. As part of the campaign, over 18,000 women police personnel from across ranks participated in statewide bike rallies, transforming streets into a symbol of empowerment.
Roads Echoed With Slogans of Women’s Rights
DGP Rajeev Krishna said that under CM Yogi’s directions, the rallies began early in the morning across all districts. Slogans like “Security and Respect, Women’s Right” resonated across the streets. Citizens welcomed the rallies with claps and flower showers, expressing strong solidarity with the cause of women’s safety.
At Lok Bhavan, CM Yogi also inaugurated Mission Shakti Centers in all 1,663 police stations across the state.
